Typically, a homeowner can only access the MLS by pairing up with a realtor, which means paying a 3% sellers realtor commission fee. At Porch, we give you direct access to the MLS and provide you with additional marketing services at a fraction of the normal cost.

Once your home is officially listed on the MLS, our listing coordinator takes a step back and we leave all of the showings, negotiations and contract details up to you.

And one of the best ways to entice people to explore your property is through professional photography. Which is why we have a team of camera clicking pros who can capture all of your home’s best angles, which we can then showcase on your listing on the MLS.

If at any point during the Porch process you discover that you no longer want to sell on your own or you feel like you’re in over your head, it’s okay! Selling your home isn’t always easy, and we only want to help. If you change your mind, we can connect you with a realtor who will provide you with full service support and we will rebate your payment of $1,399 at the time of closing.
